HR Manager/ Employee Relations Officer

Our Client is in the process of employing an HR Manager for their company who consist out of a minimum of 250 employees, therefore the suitable individual must have the ability to run the HR Department.


– Computer literacy.
– Minimum 5 years HR experience.
– Excellent knowledge of HR processes and current Labour legislation.
– Ability to communicate effectively.
– Attention to detail.
– Relationship building skills.
– Planning and Organizing skills.
– Must be preferably located in Gansbaai or surrounding area.


– Recruitment, Selection and Appointment.
– Training and Development.
– Personnel and Benefits Administration.
– Employment Equity: Assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of the EE Plan. Assist with arranging EE committee meetings quarterly, taking minutes and distributing these.
– Health and Safety.
– Labour Relations.
