KITCHEN MANAGER

The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for the overall operations for the back of house and kitchen area of the restaurant.

The Kitchen Manager will purchase food and stock, and make sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation and kitchen safety techniques.

The ideal candidate would have excellent customer service, discipline and leadership skills.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualification in Hospitality Management/ Food Service Management would be advantageous
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Good hygiene
